• Bouquet reminds of blackcurrants, freshly-cut shoots and a delicate scent of grass
• Color dark ruby with violet-blue reflections
• Flavour full-bodied and strong, but still fruity with a touch of liquorice, rich in tannin, lingers long on the palate
• General impression additional designation "Reserve" is only permissible after 2 years' storage in wooden casks; this wine is actually stored for 3 years
• Recommended to substantial dishes with red meat, but especially for game and strong cheeses
