Info The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI and vanilla cream is dense, delicate and enveloping, and is characterised by the extremely sweet and spicy notes of vanilla. Ideal used raw on fresh fruit salads and desserts, but also to add a hint of sweetness to your savoury recipes. Balsamic creams, either classic or flavoured, extend the taste spectrum of Balsamic Vinegar by transforming it into a reduction, obtained by heating, adding cornstarch and additional cooked must.
